By accessing or using the Signyoura platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Signyoura provides a web-based digital signature and document execution platform. We facilitate the collection of user data, automated generation of legal schedules, and the application of electronic signatures to create legally binding PDF agreements (such as Debenture Subscription Agreements).
3. Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures
By using Signyoura to sign documents, you consent to do business electronically. You agree that your electronic signature on the platform is legally binding and equivalent to your handwritten signature. You acknowledge that you have the authority to sign the documents presented to you.
4. User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the document execution process. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial and personal data you submit. Signyoura is not liable for any legal consequences arising from incorrect classification (e.g., misrepresenting Accredited Investor status) or false information provided by the user.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable laws. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Platform Security
You agree not to attempt to breach the security of the platform, including but not limited to probing vulnerabilities, circumventing authentication measures, or introducing malicious code. Signyoura employs security measures such as honeypots and encryption to protect the integrity of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Signyoura provides a software platform for document execution. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We are not a party to the agreements executed on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signyoura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or the legal validity of the signed agreements.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
